Four RBI Day For Tanner Schmitt Seals The Deal In North Hills Indians JV's Victory Over Kiski Ar


North Hills Indians JV defeated Kiski Area 10-1 on Friday thanks in part to Tanner Schmitt, who drove in four runners. Schmitt drove in runs on a double in the first and a single in the fifth.

North Hills Indians JV secured the victory thanks to seven runs in the first inning. The offensive onslaught came from by Ryan Brennfleck and Alex Dietrich, a walk by Sam Ranallo, a single by Zak Klaczak, and a double by Schmitt.

North Hills Indians JV got on the board in the first inning. Klaczak singled on a 2-0 count, scoring one run.

Gary Shearer led the North Hills Indians JV to victory on the pitcher's mound. He allowed eight hits and one run over five innings, striking out one.

#22 took the loss for Kiski Area. He went one-third of an inning, allowing six runs on one hit.

North Hills Indians JV totaled six hits in the game. Schmitt and Klaczak each collected multiple hits for North Hills Indians JV. Klaczak and Schmitt each collected two hits to lead North Hills Indians JV. North Hills Indians JV was sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Cooper Mehall had the most chances in the field with four.

Kiski Area tallied eight hits on the day. #3 and #12 all had multiple hits for Kiski Area. Kiski Area didn't commit a single error in the field. #3 had five chances in the field, the most on the team.
