Armstrong Captures Lead Early To Defeat North Hills Indians JV

North Hills Indians JV fell behind early and couldn't come back in an 8-4 loss to Armstrong on Wednesday. Armstrong scored on a single by Cyphert, a double by Matson, a single by Klukan, and a single by Dillard in the first inning.
Armstrong captured the lead in the first inning. Cyphert singled on a 2-2 count in the first inning, scoring one run.
Armstrong scored four runs in the sixth inning. The big inning for Armstrong came thanks to a double by Kelley, a single by Cypher, and a single by Bordick.
Gary Shearer took the loss for North Hills Indians JV. He pitched three innings, allowing four runs, five hits, and striking out two.
