North Hills Indians Varsity Clinches Lead In Sixth Inning For Victory Over Ontario HS


North Hills Indians Varsity defeated Ontario HS 11-6 on Sunday after taking the lead late in the game. The game was tied at six with North Hills Indians Varsity batting in the bottom of the sixth when Beau Braunlich doubled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run.

Ontario HS scored five runs in the first inning, but North Hills Indians Varsity still managed to pull out the victory. The offensive firepower by Ontario HS was led by #3, #12, and #10, who each had RBIs in the inning.

Ontario HS got things started in the first inning. #3 hit into a fielder's choice, scoring one run.

Ontario HS evened things up at six in the top of the fourth inning. An error scored one run for Ontario HS.

JT Mazula was the winning pitcher for North Hills Indians Varsity. He went three and two-thirds innings, allowing zero runs on zero hits and striking out five.

#10 was on the mound for Ontario HS. He allowed three hits and four runs over two innings, striking out four. #19 threw four innings in relief out of the bullpen.

North Hills Indians Varsity tallied 11 hits in the game. Jordan Albright, Braunlich, and Garret Barto each managed multiple hits for North Hills Indians Varsity. Barto, Braunlich, and Albright each collected two hits to lead North Hills Indians Varsity.

#1 went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead Ontario HS in hits.
