Switzer's Walkoff Gives North Hills Indians JV Victory Over Seneca Valley

A walk-off single led North Hills Indians JV past Seneca Valley 12-11 on Tuesday. The game was tied at 11 with North Hills Indians JV batting in the bottom of the seventh when Kerrick Switzer singled off of Austin Shirley, driving in one run.

Both offenses were strong at the plate as North Hills Indians JV collected 15 hits and Seneca Valley nine

Seneca Valley captured the lead in the first inning. With two outs in the first inning Drew Robertson drove in one run when he doubled.

Seneca Valley scored five runs in the fourth inning. The big inning for Seneca Valley came thanks to a error, a single by Dom Pasquale, a walk by Austin Shirley, and a passed ball.

Michael Stanton earned the win for North Hills Indians JV. He tossed one and one-third innings, allowing zero runs, one hit, striking out two, and walking zero.

Gary Shearer started the game for North Hills Indians JV. He threw three innings, allowing four runs, and five hits.

David Lane, Tyler Zozos, Jacob Kolling, and Ryan Hohman each collected multiple hits for North Hills Indians JV. Lane went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead North Hills Indians JV in hits.

Robertson, Shirley, and Josh McLean each collected multiple hits for Seneca Valley. Robertson led Seneca Valley with three hits in five at bats.
